Orlando Montanez

I am an entrepreneur from Puerto Rico with a passion for innovation and leadership. My journey began at 17 when I founded my first business. During my college years, I was actively involved in the Students Committee at the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, where I eventually chaired multiple standing committees and later served on the Board of Directors for over 10 years. In 2010, I launched Cube Group Events, my fourth venture, which I successfully exited in 2024.

With years of experience, I have transitioned into angel investing, mentoring, and supporting other entrepreneurs in growing their businesses. My work has been recognized through several awards, including Top Young Entrepreneur from Junior Chamber International in 2015 and Young Entrepreneur of the Year from the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce in 2019.

Beyond investing and mentoring, I’m an active Entrepreneurs’ Organization member serving as a Strategy Summit facilitator for chapters and Regional Councils as well as in the Global Growth Portfolio, where I continue to contribute to the entrepreneurial ecosystem by fostering leadership and growth among business owners.
