Seth Zeller

I’m Seth Zeller. I’ve spent my career leading a second-generation family business, developing people, and navigating the challenges that come with ownership, growth, strategy, and execution. I also co-founded a renewable energy sales and design firm. Those experiences have shaped my passion for helping leaders build healthy organizations and given me an appreciation for what it takes to lead with clarity and conviction.

My career as a Bloom Growth Coach was born out of a desire to help leaders and teams grow with greater purpose and alignment. My approach is shaped by practical business leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and my involvement in YPO, where I continue learning alongside other leaders who are committed to growth, accountability, and meaningful impact. I care deeply about helping leaders get unstuck, gain traction, and build organizations that are not only effective, but lasting.
