I’ve spent nearly three decades helping businesses grow, leaders develop, and teams perform at a higher level. I currently serve as CEO of Gibson, a large independent insurance brokerage and part of Top 40 U.S. broker Unison Risk Advisors. Over the years I’ve led through growth, complexity, change, and high-stakes decisions. I’m also the author of rEvolution: Turn Crisis Into Clarity and Ignite Growth, a book built from real lessons in leadership, resilience, and building through pressure. Those experiences shaped how I lead and how I coach. I’m practical, direct, and committed to helping leaders get clear and get moving.
What drew me to Bloom Growth is that it does what most frameworks don’t: it simplifies without dumbing things down.
