I am a Bloom Growth Coach and an active entrepreneur who understands exactly what it feels like to be buried in the daily grind of a growing business. My journey actually started in the fast-paced world of corporate finance, serving as a CFO and VP of Finance for global companies in cities like Los Angeles and Barcelona. While those years taught me everything about the mechanics of profit and strategic growth, I eventually realized that my heart belonged in the trenches of entrepreneurship. Building and managing my own companies showed me the side of business they do not teach in finance books, specifically the exhausting pressure of being the chief firefighter instead of the visionary leader.

Today, I combine my financial expertise with my real-world experience as a founder to help other entrepreneurs navigate the messy reality of scaling up. As a Bloom Growth Coach, I focus on helping you install the simple, disciplined operating systems that allow a business to thrive without needing you to oversee every single detail. I work closely with leadership teams to align their vision and create a genuine culture of accountability that drives sustainable results.
