After two decades as a founder, I’ve built, scaled, and successfully exited two companies, including a high seven-figure sale. Those experiences taught me the realities of leadership—the highs of growth, the complexities of scaling, and the resilience required to navigate uncertainty. Today, I dedicate my time to helping small and medium-sized business founders grow with clarity and confidence.
My focus is on coaching and facilitation. I work directly with founders and leadership teams to sharpen strategy, strengthen culture, and build high-performing teams that scale sustainably. Growth without structure often leads to frustration, so I help leaders implement strong operating systems that free them to lead with focus and confidence. I also facilitate leadership sessions that align teams, uncover blind spots, and accelerate decision-making.
I bring a blend of lived founder experience and proven tools to this work. As the host of How to Be Moderately Successful, I share practical lessons from my own journey and from others who have built and scaled businesses. Alongside coaching, I’m an investor and director of a 140+ person software development and AI consultancy, co-founder of the Intentional Leaders Network, and a global keynote speaker. Outside of work, I’m happiest with my wife and young kids, on a mountain bike trail, or on some outdoor adventure.
